Can I add an extra name to the caption (or remove one!)?
You can always have your name first or alter other details on the caption, please ask.
Standard framed photographs are captioned with details as per the racebook. We don't make any alterations to the published details unless requested. If you would like to make any changes just let us know.

I received your proofs a few months ago & forgot to order. Is it too late?
It's never too late! We have NSW's most comprehensive racing archive. Whether you're looking for last weeks maiden at Dubbo or the '95 Sydney Spring Carnival, we've probably got the photo.

I can't find what I'm after on the order form / web site. What do I do?
Since all our work is carried out in-house and we have such a comprehensive range of products it's just not possible to display all available options. Please send us a layout sketch of your requirements or consult with our experienced staff.

It was pouring rain when our horse "Mudlark" finally got up. Will my photo be ok?
Our photograph is a record of your win on the day. While conditions aren't always perfect we strive to provide you with the best posible photograph. Proof images are available. If you have concerns please contact us.

I've got your proofs. Is this how the finished product will look?
The proof images we produce are largely uncorrected. Your photograph will be cropped & colour corrected to ensure the best possible finished product.

It's a great shot of the horse, but I don't like the bloke on the left. What can I do?
Because all photographs are treated individually we will crop the photographs to your requirements. this is a part of our service and there is no extra charge. Digital editing of images is available and a charge may apply. Please contact us for a quote.

How long will my photo take?
All deliveries are via Australia Post. Please allow 21 days from placement of order.

Errors / Returns
If we have made a mistake on your photograph, please contact our office. We will ask you to return the photograph to us and we will replace it promptly. All our photographs are custom made to your order - we can't accept return or give refunds if you've simply changed your mind and there's nothing wrong with the photograph.
